rcs id substitutions

I've changed the following files to ko substitutions to try and avoid 
the flip-flopping of the file contents.  If someone wants to excise the 
rcs fun, feel free.  Because keyword substitution isn't version 
controlled, this has the net effect of altering history.  :-(  This 
should not be too bad, as the history that will change, should be just 
that history that would otherwise flip-flop.  If people are dead set 
against it, one can always change them back.  The list is meant to be 
all the files that would flip-flop, as seen from the tree-ssa branch a 
little while ago.
