May be the GCC SC could ask organisations like OSDL (www.osdl.org)
for week-end computer time or things like that to build a Linux kernel
based distribution with various GCCs? 

Or it needs to convince the FSF that more machines dedicated to GCC
could benefit a lot of the Free Software world :).
