Thanks.  I checked in the patch, and I deleted the mips*-*-* target
option from the testcase as Andrew Pinski suggested.  I decided that I
had seriously over analyzed the situation.  While the testcase is
unlikely to fail on another target same as it did on MIPS, it might fail
on other targets for other reasons, particularly given that we don't
have any other testcases that test the -fprofile-generate option.
