delete unwind-libunwind.c

In private mail, David Mosberger pointed out to me that the
unwind-libunwind.c is unused since I deleted the
config/t-libunwind-no-eh file on Dec 19.  A find/xargs/grep shows that
there is nothing referring to it other than ChangeLog files.  So I have
deleted.

This was tested with an ia64-linux make bootstrap and make check just to
be sure.
