Err...  Actually, it doesn't fix them all.

FAIL: 20_util/auto_ptr_neg.cc (test for excess errors)
FAIL: 23_containers/map/operators/1_neg.cc (test for excess errors)
FAIL: 23_containers/set/operators/1_neg.cc (test for excess errors)

still remain, and I believe they're the same bug that was uncovered in
today's thread `swap does not compile'.  I didn't notice them before
because my baseline already had them.  Sorry.
