[committed] fix more fallout from configure.ac renaming

Due to a comment by DJ I did a grep on the sources and realized that
--enable-maintainer-mode is currently broken from the recent
configure.ac renaming.

This patch fixes it and also s/configure\.in/configure.ac/
sourcebuild.texi.

../gcc/configure --enable-maintainer-mode
make all

Committed under the obvious rule.
