[patch] h8300.md: Remove unnecessary parallels.

Hi,

Attached is a patch to remove "parallel"s that we do not have to
explicitly say in define_insn and define_split.  This way, when I add
new clobbers for example, I get to work with fewer parentheses and
less indentation.

Tested on h8300-hms.  Committed.
