Hi

The following 2 patches have been posted for awhile but still
haven't been reviewed yet:

- Fix ICE invalid template enum:

  (Note that the line in the ChangeLog entry:
     (tsubst_decl) <TEMPLATE_DECL case>: Likewise.
   is bogus and that should not be there.)

- Fix substitution of TEMPLATE_TEMPLATE_PARM with template param
  depth > 1:
