I don't think there's one, and the same holds for NOTE_INSN_LOOP_CONT. 
The more dead code is found in the old loop optimizer, the better it is 
because we are closer to what we'd get when it is wiped away.

Bootstrapped/regtested i686-pc-linux-gnu, ok for mainline?
