A few more glitches:

- still a mention of FSU in a-intnam. The comment in a-intnam are clearly
coming from another file and have not been reviewed/updated. They are
not in sync with the signals reserved in s-osinte.ads
- the header has the old format:

-- GNARL was developed by the GNARL team at Florida State University. It is --
-- now maintained by Ada Core Technologies Inc. in cooperation with Florida --
-- State University (http://www.gnat.com). --

See other files for the new text:

-- GNARL was developed by the GNARL team at Florida State University. --
-- Extensive contributions were provided by Ada Core Technologies, Inc. --

The copyright date of s-osinte.adb should most likely include other years,
as this file is a derived work (basically a copy/paste from another file).
See the copyright from the original file (which is it btw ?), which has been
corrected recently btw.

(Note: there's still a missing system.ads for darwin).

The rest looks OK (without knowing darwin's thread lib, nor having access to
a darwin system).
