patch: error when altivec + e500

AltiVec and the E500 cannot coexist in any way, shape, or form.

This, along with my previous testsuite patch, fixes a few more
regressions.

	* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_override_options): Error when
	user wants altivec and e500 instructions.
