[lno] [patch] vectorizer - use create_iv

Use the utility for creation of induction variables introduced by Zdenek.

dorit

        * tree-vectorizer.c (vect_create_index_for_array_ref): Use
create_iv
        instead of creating iv's from scratch.
        (vect_transform_loop_bound): Likewise.
