I did dejagnuify it, a long time ago:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2002-11/msg01391.html.  I don't know
any reason why that couldn't simply be grabbed and applied to
mainline, now that the legal issues have been resolved.  (I don't
think there is any real point trying to dig up the generator program
for the test cases that were machine-generated.)
