Gotta wonder, is invoke.texi the right place for this?

I mean, no details are provided about *any* other ABI, except what's
said about how to select 32- and 64-bit variants of EABI.

(I don't know that there *is* a right place in the GCC documentation
for this, but certainly i don't think it belongs among the
descriptions of the -mabi=* switches.  That documentation explains how
to select ABIs, not the actual details of the ABIs...)
