Well, fixproto definitly is not needed as there are no headers it
could fix.. (the linux kernel uses it's own headers which are fine
for gcc of course.)

The linux kernel doesn't use libgcc either so it doesn't matter whether
it's shared or not.

Leaves testing of t-linux to the Linux/Parisc people :)
