[gfortran] Character variables

A couple of bugfixes afecting character variables.

Applied to tree-ssa branch.

	* primary.c (gfc_match_rvalue): Make sure sym->result is set.
	* trans-expr.c (gfc_conv_string_parameter): Also allow PRAM_DECLs.
