m68k-coff alignment error causing C++/Java exceptions to fail

This patch generates the correct alignment when using GAS for m68k-coff as
required by the Java/C++ exception handling.  Previously the compiler
incorrectly generated .even statements which caused the Java/C++ exception
handling to fail.
