Indicated that I had trouble testing the patch.  As my followup 
indicated that is no longer the case.

Althought I have not run the entire testsuite, 
gcc/testsuite/gcc.dg/cleanup-9.c passes as well as 
libjava/testsuite/libjava.lang/PR218.java when my libgcj patch is also 
applied.

My copyright assignment for gcc was submitted to FSF about a week ago 
(my assignment for libgcj is already on file) so I would expect it to 
clear RSN.

I would very much like to be able to be able to post my libgcj patches 
so that they could get into 3.4, but they rely on this patch.
