Patch: new testcase for assertions: gcc.dg/cpp/assert4.c

Given the recent discovery I made about the bug in sparc assertions:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2003-11/msg00505.html
I though it would be useful to have a sanity check in the testsuite
for various #system, #cpu and #machine assertions. This will help us
be more consistent (e.g. not all gnu-linuxes assert `posix') and it
will catch bugs like the one I found above.
This testcase passes on sparc-sun-solaris2.7. I also tested a bunch
of cross targets, many pass but some fail. It's quite possible I was
over aggresive in some of the assumptions I made about who should
assert what. But this is a good start and individual port maintainers
can tweek their own stuff.
Ok to install on mainline as gcc.dg/cpp/assert4.c ?
Thanks,
