sorry about the trouble, but I just checked that I had tested exactly this
patch on various platforms (sparc-sun-solaris2.9, i386-pc-solaris2.9,
alpha-dec-osf5.1b, and mips-sgi-irix6.5) with CONFIG_SHELL set to /bin/ksh
or /usr/local/bin/bash.  There was no error and the ada testsuite ran
successfully on all platforms.
