PATCH: ~ftp/pub/gcc/releases/index.html

The patch below
 - fixes broken markup which caused part of the page to disappear (and
   the link to our "Old releases" being broken),
 - remove gcc-bugs from the contact addressess,
 - fix other markup issues, and
 - remove 3.1, 3.2, 3.2.1, and 3.2.2 from this index, to focus on the
   latest releases from our branches.

Installed.

The are, however, two things I don't understand: The descriptions of the
packages contain "and updates" while there are no links to the diffs, and
the last release with links to the partial tarballs is 3.0.4.
