GCC 3.3: x86_64-suse-linux-gnu added to secondary evaluation platforms

The platform launch is on the 22nd of April - and with this
endorsement by the SC (Thanks!), it should be easier for Debian and
others to pick up GCC 3.3 for x86-64 usage.
