GCC 3.3: x86_64-suse-linux-gnu added to secondary evaluation platforms

The GCC Steering Committee was asked to consider x86_64-suse-linux-gnu
as a secondary evaluation platform for GCC 3.3.  There were no
objections thus I've added it to the list.  Andreas Jaeger will be the
"tester" for this triplet (thanks Andreas!)
