[www] cvs.html: list gcc-3_4-basic-improvements-branch as merged into mainline

On the cvs.html web page the gcc-3_4-basic-improvements-branch is still
listed as active. It was merged into mainline after christmas and should
be listed as such. The following patch fixes that.
