[libstdc++ PATCH] insert_iterator test case constructs singular insert_iterator

This trivial fix ensures that the insert_iterators created by the test 
case have non-singular underlying iterators that come from the proper 
container. Tested on powerpc-apple-darwin6.6; no new regressions.
