Indeed, I wonder: have there been successful libstdc++ assignments
lately?  The FSF really said they wouldn't accept such assignment
any longer, as far as I understood.

That said, I can understand there new scheme (as it was tedious and
error-prone to manually check the old assignments), but I completely
disagree with RMS in that I strongly believe the required forms should
be online.
