I'm not 100% sure, because we changed policy on this over time, but I'll
trust you on that. ;-)

Yes, this looks good!  Just some minor comments:

Here and above, could we keep "bug tracking system"?  We intentionally
didn't refer to any concrete system any longer after the pain of changing
everything away from GNATS.  Though, if you have a preference to keep it
simple, you can also keep Bugzilla.

"#regression" (with lower-case "r"), please.

I think we generally use "testsuite" and (less sure about it) "testcase".
