PATCH: Support new PNI intrinsics

The manual currently has a section "X86 Built-in Functions" with a summary
of the existing built-in functions; I believe the new ones should be added
to this summary.  (If the new functions are intended to be different from
the existing ones and like the Altivec ones in that only the header
interface is supported, a summary of that interface should be given
instead as for the Altivec functions.)
