PATCH: java/done.html -- remove obsolete reference to ADFC

I even tried Google and URL stripping, but failed to find any new
location for ADFC, so I think it's best to simply remove this. Committed.

(Alejandro, if you have a new site, I can add the reference again,
though in the future please consider informing those linking to your
pages when removing them without automatic redirection.)


Given that in Java-land currently there seems little capacity for
web page maintainance, it might be better to avoid maintaining such
a list at all, though?
