[PATCH] PR 10957

Hello,

attached to PR 10957 (compile of hashtab.c fails for
m68k-elf target using newlib because of failure to
prototype free() ) is a patch to configure to detect
<malloc.h> and include it, if need be. I'd greatly
appreciate comments on this. Thanks,
