[Patch, committed] Add Dara Hazeghi and Andrew Pinski to MAINTAINERS

I had forgotten to do this. While at it, I also removed teh user names of 
the other bugzilla-only maintainers, since bugzilla doesn't work with user 
names but only email addresses.
