Eliminate GNAT User's Guide unnecessary directive and alternative warnings

        * gnat_ug.texi (The GNAT Run-Time Library Builder gnatlbr):

I'd say yes (even under the obvious rule), but I'm a bit hesitant as this
is something our Ada maintainers probably want to have a look at as well.

Geert, is this okay with you / do you agree it's the right thing to do?
