[PATCH] Fix bootstrap on Solaris 2.5.1 with NLS

It turns out that the gettext maintainer rejected the original patch and 
proposed another approach, in order to ensure binary compatibility between 
Solaris 2.5.1 and Solaris 2.6. The result is below, approved by him and 
bootstrapped on sparc-sun-solaris2.5.1 and i586-redhat-linux-gnu.

        * aclocal.m4 (AM_GNU_GETTEXT): Don't test for the functions
        feof_unlocked and fgets_unlocked. Test for their declaration
        instead.
