I had intended to update the copyright years before check-in, but
unfortunately forgot to do so.  Checking the files, I noticed that the Ada
sources use year ranges instead of individually listed years.  I thought
the latter were a requirement (at least it is followed throughout the rest
of gcc), so how should I handle this?
