v3 testsuite regressions on hppa64-hp-hpux11

There are 6 new failures in the v3 testsuite on hppa64-hp-hpux11.11.

They occur both on the main and 3.3 branch.

They were introduced by on the 3.3 branch by the following cvs commit
<http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-cvs/2003-01/msg00632.html> which contained
two patches.  Prior to the commit, the only failure was the expected
FAIL 26_numerics/c99_classification_macros_c.cc.

I haven't had time to investigate.  The only clue in the log is:

The others just fail.
