[3.3/mainline] speed up commit_edge_insertions

	* cfgrtl.c (commit_one_edge_insertion): Only mark BB for splitting.
        (commit_edge_insertions): Call find_many_sub_basic_blocks

This patch causes a build failure for i686-pc-linux-gnu X sh64-elf -
the compiler segfaults when it builds one of the multilibs for libgcov.c .
