I have successfully build sparc-rtems with GNAT enabled with the patch 
enabled.  All I had to do was pass some extra things on the make command
line.  Our gnat build script is already passing somethings in 
as GNATLIBCFLAGS so I don't see adding another parameter as a big deal.
