Hmm, I uploaded the third iteration before deading this message.
Since I was planning to slide the release date by a day, I guess you
can check it in; I'll rebuild the pre-release.  Please send me a note
as soon as you're done. 

I would like to inform people that after the thrid pre-release, the
gcc-3_2-branch will be frozen for release purpose.  No additional
checkins (unless a real showtopper) will be admitted.  Thanks to you
everybody for helping me through this.
