PATCH: [darwin] Adding branch prediction bits for bdxx instructions

	Can this functionality be merged with output_cbranch() instead of
duplicating so much?

	It's too bad that Apple's "++" and "--" branch hint mnemonics do
not conform to the PowerPC architecture specification.
