Yes. I completely agree with your assessment.  My impression is that,
historically, within the GCC-3.3.x series, configuration and
bootstrapping process are some of the troublesome areas I've seen
no much support, interest or initiative from Ada folk.  

If Ada maintainers have no interest in GCC-3.3.x, why can't we just
disable that front-end during configuration?  Arnaud, do you have
objections?
