Unreviewed math builtins patches

Hi,

The patch below has been unreviewed for over two weeks, I'd very much
like to continue further work but I want to know if these can go in
before proceeding.

Patch for more math builtins
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2003-08/msg00309.html This is a
large addition of many new math builtin declarations.  While long,
it's merely new function signatures, docs and tests.



These followup patches aren't quite as old, but a review would still
be appreciated:
