[PATCH] m68k cross build fixes

This patch fixes two failures I encountered while building a m68k cross
on a Linux host using the gcc-20030407 snapshot:

* hashtab.c: `free' undeclared (first use in this function)
* vsprintf.c: `varargs.h' is deprecated
