expected failures in scanning asm in the testsuite

This patch adds the feature of being able to setup expected failures in 
assembly scanning.

Rather obvious, so I checked it in.  Pushed into 3.3 as well.

Tested on darwin, and tested that unexpected things work, that expected 
things work and that target matching works.
