Unreviewed patch: XCOFF DBX and functions sections

	The following patch to modify dbxout.c FORCE_TEXT macro to change
to the current function section and to modify xcoffout.h to not explicitly
change to the text section (to work around a bug fixed eight years ago)
are necessary for function section support on AIX:
