PATCH: MAINTAINERS and web pages

	* MAINTAINERS: Remove "co-maintainer" note for web pages.

In general, we don't add a specific note if some part of GCC is maintained
by more than one person.

For documentation, I made an exception to indicate that Joseph and me are
not (and cannot be held) responsible for all documentation related issues,
simply because most doc patches involve deep technical knowledge of the
area in question, whereas for the web pages the two of us do assume a
larger amount of responsibility.

(Sorry for the confusion the doc entry caused...)
