Patch for C++ uninitialized pointer-to-member value

This patch, based on Jason's suggestions, fixes the problem reported
by Jessica, as well as another similar pointer-to-data-member
initialization problem from static_cast<>, that I've added to Jason's
testcase.  Ok to install?  Tested on
athlon-pc-linux-gnu-x-mn10300-elf, on a relatively old tree.  I'm
re-testing it on athlon-pc-linux-gnu native now.
