Missing size info in range type with -gstabs+

    The following patch in dbxout.c fixes this.

	* dbxout.c (dbxout_type): Emit size information for range types,
	as well, but only when using GDB extensions.

This is OK and I'lll apply it to the trunk.

Mark, I'd like to apply this to the 3.1 branch under the "only applies to
Ada" doctrine.  OK?
