Actually there turned out to be some stale entries in Open Issues too
(PR 5693 present both in Open Issues and Closed Issues and PR 5172 present
in Closed Issues but its description duplicated as PR 4792 in Open Issues
(but 4792 is arc failure, not x86)), plus some mark up problems.
Ok to commit this instead?
