testsuite PATCH for cygwin

We were getting several spurious fails on cygwin due to warnings about
-fpic being the default.  Fixed.

Tested i686-pc-cygwin, applied trunk and 3.1.

	* lib/prune.exp (prune_gcc_output): Ignore Cygwin warning about
	ignoring -fpic.
	* lib/old-dejagnu.exp (old-dejagnu): Also pass compiler output
	through prune_gcc_output.
