f build dies with: undefined reference to `lookup_name'

Hi,

After the above patch, the testsuite does not run completely on the
h8300 port.  Before this patch, the testsuite used to test

  h8300-hms-gcc -mno-h
  h8300-hms-gcc -mh
  h8300-hms-gcc -mh -mint32
  h8300-hms-gcc -ms
  h8300-hms-gcc -ms -mint32

But now only the first one gets tested.  Removing gcc.dg/weak-1.c
seems to help, but that cannot be a permanent solution...  Does
somebody have any idea on how to fix this?
